We offer free delivery for orders with a Singapore address when the total is above $25. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of $4 will apply. If you need a quicker option, we also provide express/next-day delivery for a fee of $15.

Please note that once an order is confirmed, changes to the delivery details are not permitted. It’s essential to double-check your shipping information during the checkout process to ensure its accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies you may enter, which could result in misdirected, delayed, or lost deliveries. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Our team works diligently to pack and ship orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. Delivery will be attempted within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen items, or for orders marked as ‘delivered’ in the tracking system.

Additionally, our delivery services are not available for restricted areas, including Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island), as well as island areas such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, and Lazarus Island.
